You have 30 days to integrate Collaaj with Canvas in order to complete your Top Secret Mission.
The following documents are part of a Classified Operation on how to succeed with your Collaaj integration.
As our Official Asset: Your assignment requires five completed tasks in order for you to achieve ultimate spycraft inception. Integration is your task reward.
Task 1: Sign up for a FREE 30 day trial at collaaj.com
Task 2: Install Collaaj Application with Canvas
Step 1: All informants will need to log into their Canvas account to get started.
Step 2: Once the agent is logged into Canvas they will need to first select a course, in order to download the application. (“Integrate Collaaj with Canvas” was chosen for this example.)
Step 3: After you select the course, scroll down to settings at the bottom of the page, choose Apps on the tab at the top and start to type in Collaaj in the search button. From here you will see the Collaaj App appear.
Step 4: After you select Collaaj the following page will appear. You will want to click on the blue Add App.
Step 5: The Add App pop up below will appear asking you for some secret information.

After the integration has been completed, the following page will appear.
(Please note, you will NOT see any videos the first time you install the Collaaj Application, unless you installed the application through Collaaj and created videos prior to the integration with Canvas.)
Task 3: Install the Collaaj Application.
Collaaj requires you to download the software one time.
By selecting the Record button from your Canvas platform or directly from the Collaaj UI, an install process will begin and launch the Collaaj application once complete.
Once this process is complete, the following application will load. Now you can record your first assignment.
Task 4: START RECORDING
Choose from our list of capturing tools to cover your stealthy operational needs.
Use our Presentation & Lecture Capture gadget to recorded up to three simultaneous cameras while indexing Powerpoint intel. Check out a past mission on Video Culture 101 that details our gadgets.
Task 5: Share Your Video
Share your videos directly to your Canvas Course or simply email your video to a select individual for private viewing, or why not make your message public and tweet your video.
* Want to upload a Collaaj video to your discussions, assignments or Quizzes in Canvas, we’ve got you covered. Simple use our “Launch Collaaj from Editor” to add your video.
Collaaj also allows Canvas Admins to control all video related media for each of their course within the Canvas Platform, including uploads from other sources. Move videos from one semester to the next with ease.
